HOW WE CAN ALL HELP!
|

We are united in solidarity with
our brothers and sisters in Haiti, who have suffered
much due to the devastating earthquake. We offer them not only our prayers
but our financial support to help them rebuild their lives. We who
believe in the Lord Jesus and have been personally touched by His caring
presence in our lives are now given an opportunity to make Him
present through our care for others. There are countless victims
of this horrible tragedy – lives lost, those still missing, people left
homeless, children orphaned, material possessions gone and people left
hungry trying to fight off disease. We must help! We will help!
Archbishop Henry J. Mansell has
given permission for voluntary special collections to be taken up for the
victims of the earthquake in all parishes of the Archdiocese of Hartford.
The Office of Radio & Television and WJMJ Radio are also accepting
donations that will be combined into one check and
forwarded directly to Catholic Relief Services on behalf of the
generosity of the supporters of the Office of Radio & Television and
WJMJ Radio.
